Terms and Conditions for Udjat Academy

Welcome to Udjat Academy (the "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, courses, and related services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Account Registration & Eligibility

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to use the Platform.

• Teachers and students receive an official @academy.udjatagency.com email, which will be terminated 1 year after course completion.

• You are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality.

2. Course Enrollment & Payments

• Course fees must be paid in full unless a payment plan is available.

• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy (see Section 5).

• Udjat Academy reserves the right to modify course content, pricing, or availability without prior notice.

3. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Share login credentials or allow unauthorized access.

• Use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

• Upload copyrighted material without permission.

• Harass, spam, or impersonate others.

• Reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• All course materials (videos, PDFs, code) are owned by Udjat Academy or licensed partners.

• Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning only.

• Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of course content is prohibited.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase (if no course progress was made).

• No refunds after accessing more than 20% of course content.

• Udjat Academy may cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances (with notification).

6. Termination of Accounts

• Udjat Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

• @academy.udjatagency.com emails will be deactivated 1 year after course completion.

• Users must back up their data before account termination.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• Udjat Academy is not liable for:

  • Technical issues, downtime, or data loss.

  • Third-party content or linked websites.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms periodically.

• Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of changes.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State].
